What happens after collection: the AI pass

Source sites record their fields differently from one another and often wrongly: the per-m² price instead of the total, old lek, "€1" as a placeholder, a neighbourhood spelled five ways, a rental filed under sales. So every listing goes through a language model that reads the original ad text, compares it with the recorded fields and corrects price, currency, sale or rent, rooms, bathrooms, floor area, floor, city, neighbourhood, year, furnishing, lift, parking and owner or agency, only where the text clearly supports it. "Wanted" posts are removed.

Corrections are stored with the value before and after. The price-per-m² statistics and the deal flags are computed only over checked listings (76,551 right now), and every card marked "AI ✓" has been through this check. More on the About page.

How listings are merged

The same property often appears on three or four portals at once, sometimes from the owner, sometimes from several agencies. Prona compares listings by city, area, floor size, layout and price and folds them into one entry, keeping a link to every source.

Prices in lek are converted to euro at the daily rate, floor area is normalised to m², and where the source provides it the map position is kept.

How often they refresh

Every portal is checked every 3 hours. New listings appear within the next cycle, while ones the source has removed are deactivated here and no longer counted in the statistics. The search pages and the price tables are rebuilt on every refresh.

For portals and agencies

Prona shows only the title, price, key facts and one preview photo, and sends the visitor to the original listing for everything else. Every link carries the source name. If you represent a portal and want changes to how your listings appear, our About page explains how the aggregation works.
